As a classic American grill, The HC Tavern + Kitchen offers an upscale yet approachable menu designed to satisfy both traditional tastes and adventurous palates. Our scratch kitchen prepares every dish in-house using chef-selected ingredients. The menu features beloved Huse Culinary staples—like the world-famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail—alongside new signature creations, including Lobster Cargot, showcasing a distinct cultural identity.

This location features a one-of-a-kind design and menu, crafted specifically with the Fishers community in mind. An upscale American grill with a splash of sophistication, the space is both stylish and spirited, offering two floors, two full bars, a two-story wine tower, and an upstairs three-seasons patio beneath a pergola roof. A 71,000-piece mosaic tile installation—paying tribute to the iconic roundabouts found in Hamilton County—adds a bold artistic touch above the main bar.

The HC Tavern's second location marks an exciting collaboration with 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo. Located in the A Gate of Indianapolis International Airport, this joint concept offers a refined yet relaxed pre-flight experience. The space blends the elevated vibe of a classic cocktail lounge with the comfort of a modern American grill, and Huse Culinary’s signature hospitality, to travelers on the go.
